2. What data we collect
Data you provide when you use the contact form or the “Request information” form on each model page: your name, email address, phone number, the interest you select (lots, residences or other) and any comments you choose to write.
Technical data recorded automatically when a form is submitted: IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, and the date and time of submission. We use it for security and to prevent automated spam submissions.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your inquiry and send the information you requested about lots, residences and projects.
- To follow up on your interest (for example, to call or email you about what you asked).
- To protect the site against abuse, fraud and automated messages.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, through aggregated statistics.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Basis for processing
We process your data because you voluntarily provide it when submitting a form so that we can handle your request, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. By contacting us you consent to our using that data to reply to you.
5. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us operate the site and process data on our instructions:
- Hosting provider, where the site and the contact database are stored.

- Email services, to receive and answer your messages.
- Google: embedded maps (Google Maps), web fonts and, if enabled, Google Analytics for usage statistics. YouTube, when an embedded video is shown.
We may also disclose information when required by a competent authority under applicable law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work and to keep it secure (for example, to protect forms). If we enable analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may use cookies to measure visits in aggregate. Third-party videos and maps may set their own cookies when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working properly.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your contact details for as long as they are needed to handle your request and follow up on your interest, and for any period required by law. When they are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-restricted access to the admin panel and regular backups. No system is completely infallible, but we work to reduce the risks.

This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
